Oh Yeon Joo, a cardiothoracic surgeon went to visit his father, the author of the famous web tone 'W' after he disappeared. When he arrives at his office, he finds a drawing tablet with a drawing of the late Kang Chula (the main character). But there was no sign of his father. As he rummaged through his belongings, he found himself drawn to the screen by a bloody hand sticking out of the monitor. The next minute, Oh Yeon Joo finds himself on the roof next to a dead, bloody man.
